A Rio Energy<\/a> desenvolveu o projeto Recicla Ourol\u00e2ndia, que atua na capacita\u00e7\u00e3o, estrutura\u00e7\u00e3o e fortalecimento da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o de Catadores e Artes\u00e3os de Ourol\u00e2ndia, localizada na \u00e1rea de influ\u00eancia do Complexo E\u00f3lico Serra da Babil\u00f4nia<\/a>. Por meio de a\u00e7\u00f5es estruturadas, o projeto busca melhorar a qualidade de vida desses profissionais, ao mesmo tempo em que contribui para a gest\u00e3o eficiente de res\u00edduos s\u00f3lidos no munic\u00edpio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O que \u00e9 o Recicla Ourol\u00e2ndia e como ele promove inclus\u00e3o social de catadores<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

O projeto Recicla Ourol\u00e2ndia<\/strong> foi desenvolvido pela Rio Energy<\/strong> para apoiar a Associa\u00e7\u00e3o de Catadores e Artes\u00e3os da cidade. A iniciativa ofereceu capacita\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica a 17 catadores, aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de equipamentos e de insumos necess\u00e1rios \u00e0 condu\u00e7\u00e3o das atividades, assim como a promo\u00e7\u00e3o de pr\u00e1ticas de gest\u00e3o sustent\u00e1vel dos res\u00edduos s\u00f3lidos. Com isso, a Rio Energy<\/strong> conseguiu unir o fortalecimento comunit\u00e1rio \u00e0 preserva\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental, mostrando que \u00e9 poss\u00edvel integrar responsabilidade social e sustentabilidade de forma pr\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al\u00e9m disso, o projeto estimulou a inclus\u00e3o social de catadores ao proporcionar alternativas de gera\u00e7\u00e3o de renda e desenvolver habilidades t\u00e9cnicas e organizacionais. A estrutura\u00e7\u00e3o e fortalecimento do Recicla Ourol\u00e2ndia<\/strong> trouxe impactos positivos que v\u00e3o al\u00e9m do aumento da renda dos catadores. Entre os principais benef\u00edcios, destacam-se:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Melhoria na qualidade de vida e fortalecimento da associa\u00e7\u00e3o local<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A capacita\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica dos catadores, aliada a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de equipamentos e insumos essenciais \u00e0 execu\u00e7\u00e3o das atividades, fez com que a Associa\u00e7\u00e3o de Catadores e Artes\u00e3os de Ourol\u00e2ndia pudesse aprimorar sua estrutura organizacional e operacional. Essa estrutura\u00e7\u00e3o contribuiu para que os catadores passassem a atuar de forma mais aut\u00f4noma e sustent\u00e1vel, ampliando o impacto social e econ\u00f4mico do projeto na comunidade local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Contribui\u00e7\u00e3o para a gest\u00e3o de res\u00edduos s\u00f3lidos<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

De acordo com o Instituto \u00c1gua e Saneamento<\/a>, no munic\u00edpio de Ourol\u00e2ndia (BA), 87,7% da popula\u00e7\u00e3o total \u00e9 atendida com coleta de res\u00edduos domiciliares, mas apenas 1,6% dos res\u00edduos recicl\u00e1veis secos e org\u00e2nicos s\u00e3o reciclados, em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 quantidade total coletada. Os dados sobre a popula\u00e7\u00e3o v\u00eam do censo de 2022 do IBGE e os dados sobre a recupera\u00e7\u00e3o de materiais recicl\u00e1veis s\u00e3o do SINISA 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Diante disso, ao promover a profissionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos catadores para a coleta e separa\u00e7\u00e3o de materiais recicl\u00e1veis, o projeto Recicla Ourol\u00e2ndia<\/strong> favoreceu uma gest\u00e3o mais eficiente dos res\u00edduos s\u00f3lidos do munic\u00edpio.
